With both on-platform and off-platform protocols to help vertical jump training, landing and deceleration mechanics, first step acceleration, and to train the body with a light load, high velocity stimulus makes this program an athlete and client favorite. VertiMax comes to the Gordon Institute
The Gordon Institute is excited about bringing VertiMax training to Baltimore, MD. Four custom V8's have been delivered and are ready for use. VertiMax is the only system in the world that can simultaneously train explosive leg power and arm swing velocity by loading both the legs and arms for maximum vertical development. VertiMax provides the greatest speed gains because it loads both the drive (foot ground contact) and swing (foot airbourne) phases of the running motion, for maximum speed development.
