Programs


The Gordon Institute for Sports Performance has developed programs to suit your needs to help you reach your goals. Soccer moms, weekend warriors, golf and tennis lovers to MLL players and triathlon participants all have a place at GISP. Here are just a few of the programs that we offer and their descriptions:

Speed Camp and Youth Development:
Designed for our young athletes, this program uses body weight exercises, agility drills, and conditioning to prepare today's athletes into champions of tomorrow.

Fit Club:
A competitive group training session with goal setting and performance monitoring.

SportStretch:
Offers a unique combination of yoga inspired positions and performance flexibility exercises for the active athlete.

Group Strength and Conditioning:
Small groups of similar skill levels competing and working with one another to reach goals previously thought unattainable and too daunting when attempted alone.

Individual Coaching:
Private one-on-one strength and conditioning instruction.

Weight Loss and Metabolic Evaluation and Assessment:
Our in-house technology can help develop a workout plan individualized for your physical characteristics and goals.

Treadmill Speed and Conditioning Programs:
By incorporating treadmill workouts into your year-round program you can progressively train your body to meet the metabolic demands of your sport and/or position.

Team Training:
An off-site program that focuses on agility, performance flexibility, conditioning, and nutrition education that can be brought to you.
