2 Minute Challenge
Since I know that you have been following GI on YouTube, you would have noticed a fitness challenge that was recently posted. Our friends at Fitness Quest 10 and at Underground Wellness offered up a challenge that Coach O'Brien, an Intern Sports Performance Coach, accepted and crushed. To be honest, the clip is from his second attempt at the challenge. He completed it practically immediately after the first attempt when the camera's battery ran out. He beat two minutes on that attempt as well. Adam can make the statement that he beat the challenge twice in under ten minutes with his second attempt being faster than his first. Give this clip a look. I mean it takes two minutes. And yes, you can improve one second at a time.
For more information on the services we offer, and to help you reach your fitness goals, contact the Gordon Institute at 410-828-8218 or email GI at info@thegordoninstitute.com. We look forward to developing a program for you today!

GI athletes and VertiMax training
When the truck arrived a month ago with four new custom V8's from VertiMax several people asked "What is that?" Today the most common question is "Are we using the VertiMax today?" With both on-platform and off-platform protocols to help vertical jump training, landing and deceleration mechanics, first step acceleration, and to train the body with a light load, high velocity stimulus makes this program an athlete and client favorite. Call 410-828-8218 to schedule your VertiMax training session today!
