Thank you to everyone who helped today with our Baltimore marathon brochure. 24,300 completed cards and tattoos! It is efforts from the people who work, train, and are treated here at GI that make us look forward to coming to work each day. Again, thank you for the support and assistance. I know our staplers are exhausted, but our enthusiasm to make GI the best physical therapy and training facility in the area only grows stronger each day.
More information regarding the Baltimore marathon will be posted on our Facebook, YouTube, and Twitter accounts as well.
A properly designed strength and conditioning program helps the athlete enhance his or her performance through a mix of aerobic and anaerobic activities that focus on the areas of strength, speed, agility, and stamina. Ours is a highly scientific, research-based approach designed to maximize individual potential and lessen the risk of injury through the expert, one-on-one attention of Gordon Institute’s certified NSCA coaches.

SEA Paddle NYC
Congratulations to Mark McCulloh for completing the 28 mile paddle to benefit SEA and Autism Awareness. The inaugural event raised over $250,000 for the two causes. Mark trained very hard on and off the water for the event around New York City. McCulloh was also the second highest individual fundraiser raising over $11,000 for the charity event.
