The Speed Camp was a big hit! So we have decided to make it a consistent part of our summer program. 6 pm on Wednesday's you should join us. Everyone is invited! Bring a positive attitude, be prepared to work, and most importantly have fun. You do not have to believe me, so take a look at this clip and I look forward to seeing you this Wednesday.

GISP hires a Director of Sports Performance
Robert Taylor, Jr. has been appointed the Director of Sports Performance at the Gordon Institute of Sports Performance. For the past seven seasons, Coach Taylor has led the Loyola University Maryland Greyhound Strength and Conditioning Program with great success. Rob brings a diverse college, professional, and international coaching background to GISP.
"I am excited about the opportunity that Mr. Gordon has given me.", says Coach Taylor. "I am looking forward to getting started immediately and making an impact within the community. The combination of physical therapy and strength and conditioning is a great fit. I have used this formula with great success in both the collegiate and professional setting."
